This activity is set up as Ouchi kemari, based on the idea that Lord Ouchi, a dominant feudal lord who governed Yamaguchi during this era, might have also enjoyed kemari. As participants, you'll wear Muromachi-style attire and engage in the game using a specially crafted mari ball.
