Please come to the meeting point at 7:45am, your tour leader will be greeting you at the Ground floor of Mitsui Sumitomo Bank, Shinjuku Nishiguchi Branch, just next to the Shinjuku JR station west exit. Important informations

  • Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the Tour start time. 0-2 year old infants can travel on their parents'knees for free. In case there is 1 adult/2 babies under 2 year old, we suggest to buy 1 adult + 1 child tickets (3-5 years old) to have 2 seats.
    In case of bad weather and cancellation of the tour, customer will be informed before 14pm the day before.
    We won't wait for anyone being late (tour fee not refundable). The time of the itinerary may be adjusted if there is serious traffic jam.
    Only one hand carry bag is allowed, please store your big luggage at the hotel or nearby lockers.
