- * Moominvalley Park ticket is valid for 1 full day (swap ticket at the meeting point within 2 months) * Only available for non-Japanese passport holders. * Only available for non-Japanese passport holders. * You must exchange your smartphone voucher for a ticket at "SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro" within 2 months of purchase. * Validity period: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of ticket exchange (the validity period will be stamped on the ticket at the time of exchange). * Available date: Get a second stamp when you use the ticket. It can only be used for that one day. Only available for non-Japanese passport holders. ** Moominvalley Park ** * Swap your smartphone voucher at SEIBU Tourist Information Center located next to the Seibu East exit of Ikebukuro Station, 1st floor, near the Seibu line.
