- Tickets are valid until the end of the season (31 October) of the year of purchase. Getting There Bus or tram to Queens Quay West at Harbourfront Centre. Children under 3 get in for free and don't need a ticket. * Scan your smartphone ticket with the staff as you arrive at the pier * Tours depart from the Pier 6 building, at 145 Queens Quay West. This is located at the exact intersection of York St. and Queen’s Quay
