Important informations

  • * Guests must present a photo ID, credit card, and sign a liability waiver at check-in * Everyone must wear a helmet (British Columbia law). You can also bring your own helmet * Wear closed shoes Rental shop pick-up/drop-off location: 646 Hornby Street (the main Cycle City Bike Shop). * City Bikes & City Cross can accommodate heights from 4'10" and up (147 cm+) * Youth Bikes come in 20" & 24" wheel sizes * Show your smartphone voucher (with photo ID and credit card) when checking in at Cycle City Vancouver Bike Shop (646 Hornby St.) * Make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes earlier so you have time to sign the waiver form and be fitted for your bike and helmet * Rental bike must be dropped off before the shop closes, otherwise additional fees will apply * You may keep the bike longer than the time indicated. The remaining balance will be charged by the staff upon drop-off. * June, July, August, and September are typically the driest months, but it's wise to bring an extra layer just in case of rain * Friendly and knowledgable staff will help you plan your adventure and get you ready to hit the road * Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear (eg., broken parts) * Customers may upgrade the rental time on-site * Rental bike must be dropped off at 646 Hornby Street before closing time
