- Strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed. Children ages 2 and under are free; no ticket is needed. Please show your mobile or paper ticket to the Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing staff at 999 Canada Place Way (Welcome Kiosk). The staff will be wearing green shirts and jackets for easy identification. You may call the Gray Line Westcoast Sightseeing office at +1-877-451-1777 if your bus has not arrived within 20 minutes of your pick-up time.
