Description
Visit a furnace where a glassmaking master will create a glass object and tell you the history of this ancient art. The tour will then continue towards Burano, famous all over the world for its lacemaking and its brightly colored fishermen’s houses. Spend time walking through the 'calli' (the Venetian way to say 'streets') and to admire the ladies...

However, it doesn't run in exceptionally bad weather * The tour ends at St.Mark's Square * The tour may be multilingual * Kids under 3 get on board for free (a ticket is necessary) * Wear comfortable shoes * The duration varies according to the selected tour. Short tour lasts 4:30 hrs and long tour is 6 hrs * It's compulsory to check in 10 minutes before departure. The boat doesn't wait for latecomers * The assistant will wait for you with the blue sign where is written "LAGOON TOUR" close to the area between the dock n. 1A and the Cornoldi Palace entrance (Cornoldi Palace address: Riva degli schiavoni 4142 - 8 minutes walking from Saint Mark's Square) * Your boat is blue and white and it is branded Consorzio Vidali Group * If you have trouble finding the meeting point/boat please call the following number 0039 339 465 1532 * In case of rain, the tour will take place regularly as the boat is completely covered * The tour will not take place in case of exceptional bad weather. In this case, it can be postponed to the following days
