- * Pets are not allowed, except for licensed service animals with documentation * A full visit can take around 1.5 hours, but you are welcome to stay as long as you would like before closing * To keep the butterflies from escaping, the doors to the facility and gardens do not open automatically. The staff will be happy to help when you need assistance * The gift shop has a wide selection of gifts which deserves a visit * Kids (0-4) get in for free when accompanied by a paying adult. Please select a free ticket for them * No kids under 14 will be admitted into the gardens without adult (18+) supervision * Show your smartphone ticket at the front entrance
