Belvedere Palace is a World Heritage Site, a Baroque jewel and the site of the Austrian State Treaty. It's one of the oldest museums in the world, and at the same time, a venue for contemporary art. Completed in 1716, the Lower Belvedere defined the overall Baroque ensemble of the then-residential city of Vienna.
