Please arrive 15 minutes before activity starting time. What to remember:  Minimum age to participate: 13 years (with intermediate to advanced mountain bike experience)Participants should be able to ride at a controlled speed and on mellow singletrack terrain, and be comfortable riding a variety of singletrack which may include tight trees, mud, loose rocks and sandParticipants should be comfortable and confident rolling over small obstacles (a couple inches high) like roots, rocks and small rollable drops (a couple inches high); you do not take your wheels off the groundParticipants should be capable of riding at a moderate pace for an average of 3 hours of pedal time a day, and be confident climbing up to a total of 300 vertical metres (1,000 ft.) in a dayIf you have any medical conditions such as asthma or epilepsy, you must inform the tour operator prior to the tour date using the contact details on your booking voucherBring comfortable clothes suitable for biking, snacks to fuel your ride throughout the day (ex. nuts, fruit, sandwich), water, thermal underwear if cold, a windstopper / waterproof jacket, suncream and sunglasses When:
