After the confirmation email you will receive the tickets in a separate email. * At Brussels Airport-Zaventem you need to scan your ticket at the turnstiles to access the platforms * Show your ticket in the train when asked * The train stops at Brussels-North and Brussels Central before you arrive at Brussels South. You are also allowed to get off the train at these stops * Be aware that Brussels South is not the final stop of the train, so make sure you get off in time * Make sure to scan the code on the voucher.
